WARRANTY, REPAIRS AND RETURNS

We've got you covered when it comes to the warranty and repair guidelines for our KYS Pro Baker spiral mixers. If you ever encounter any issues, we've got solutions for you:

First, you can try fixing it yourself with our handy instructions, since most problems only require an adjustment that you can do yourself by following our instructions.

But if the problem is broken parts or other non-adjustable issues, don't worry! We can send you the necessary spare parts and guide you through the repair process remotely.

Trust us, we know that shipping the mixer back to us might be very pricey and time consuming, especially when you're on the other side of the world. So, just sit back and relax, we've got you covered and we'll make sure to assist you every step of the way.

1. KYS is currently creating DO IT YOURSELF (DIY) videos for the various repair issues should something happen. Videos will be posted on the KYS website as well as a KYS YouTube channel

2. KYS is also researching distributors and repair shops in the North American market should the DIY instructions and videos not solve the issue

Please be advised that due to the nature of commercial-grade materials and the manufacturing process, minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, and other small defects may be present on our products. These do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the items and are often an inherent part of the industrial aesthetic.

While residential products may prioritize appearance, our commercial items are built with durability as the foremost consideration. This means that while some products may not have the same flawless exterior as residential pieces, they offer enhanced performance and endurance where it truly counts.

 

RETURN POLICY

Any unused products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, due to the commercial nature of our products, shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. And also, any return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original packaging, unused, and without damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included with your return package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pick-up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. It is recommended that you mark "concealed damage" on the bill of lading for all shipments you receive, even if you do not see any damage. Very often, damage will be concealed and not noticed until it has been opened, and by signing received, most carriers will not accept liability for damage as they view this signature as a confirmation that the shipment was received in good order. If you decide to accept a shipment that is suspected to be damaged, please note "damaged" or "concealed damage" on the bill of lading with the carrier. This will ensure we can resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.
